Equipment Operator

Staffmark is hiring an experienced Equipment Operator to support warehouse operations in Carson, CA. If you have clamp forklift experience and enjoy working in a fast-paced environment, this is the job for you!

Pay :

1st Shift :

2nd Shift : style="color : #0e101a; margin-top : 0pt; margin-bottom : 0pt;">

Schedules Available :

1st Shift : 7 : 00 AM – 3 : 30 PM (Schedule days may vary)

• 2nd Shift : 7 : 00 PM – 3 : 30 AM (Thursday–Sunday or Saturday–Tuesday)

Job Duties :

• Operate a clamp forklift to move, stack, load, and unload products for Target
• Manually load / unload, palletize, and wrap product as needed
• Handle repetitive tasks involving product weights between 15–45 lbs
• Perform work with strong attention to detail and accuracy
• Follow safety procedures; steel-toe shoes required

Requirements :

• Minimum 6 months of clamp forklift experience
• Ability to lift up to 45 lbs
• Strong attention to detail and basic math skills
• Steel-toe shoes required
