Customer service representative

Do you have Call Center experience within the Healthcare Industry? Do you enjoy helping customers? We have a great Customer Service opportunity for you with a leading company in the Pharmaceutical Industry. This is a 6 to 8 month opportunity. Initial training 100% onsite with opportunity to WFH once training is fully mastered. Shift Schedule after training completed : Monday-Friday 10am-6 : 30pm. Possible Temp to Hire! Skills and Qualifications :

• 1 plus years of Customer Service experience
• Previous call center experience preferred.
• Previous healthcare experience desired
• Excellent interpersonal communication skills
• Excellent problem-solving skills
• Proficient with Microsoft Office
• Able to type 35 wpm or greater.
• Pharmacy Tech License required within the first 30 days of employment.

salary : $16 - $17 per hour

work hours : 10 AM - 6 : 30 PM
