PROJECT MANAGERS : CONNECTICUT BASED BUILDERS FOR NORTHEAST MULTI-UNIT PROJECTS!!

FAIRFIELD COUNTY REAL ESTATE DEVELOPER WITH A CONSTRUCTION DIVISION!! You will be joining a premier privately held real estate developer, with their own construction division, managing over 25 million square feet of commercial, mixed-use projects, hotels and residential projects on a national basis. Average size projects from $25M to $75M. Current project : Stamford, CT. 350 units, five floors on stick framing over a concrete parking garage.
COMMERCIAL & MULTI-UNIT CM FIRM : Current volume $250M to $300M, projects located throughout the northeast. Excellent salaries and great long-term opportunities! Please forward your resume with a List of Projects Completed.
