Travel Nurse RN - ICU - Intensive Care Unit - $2,119 per week at Waterbury Hospital summary :

The Travel Nurse RN works in the ICU and is responsible for managing critically ill patients while providing high-level care. This role requires advanced certifications in ACLS and BLS, along with a minimum of one year of experience in an intensive care environment. Nurses will work three 12-hour night shifts per week and are responsible for various critical care skills, including dysrhythmia management and ventilator care.

Weekend REQ : every other weekend

Guaranteed Hours : Contracted hours guaranteed

Skills Required : Management of dysrhythmias, Interpretation of dysrhythmias, Pulmonary Artery Line / Swan Ganz monitoring, Care of Ventilated Patient, Isolation Precautions / Use of PPE, Central line care / management, Starting IVs

Job Requirements

ACLS & BCLS required

Pending License accepted : Yes

RTO Restrictions : Greater than 5 consecutive days requires approval

Schedule Information

3x12 hr Nights (1900-730)

Weekend REQ : every other weekend

Will clinician float within scope to meet facility needs? No
