Allient Inc is currently seeking an Engineering CO-OP to join our team in Owosso, MI! The Engineering Co-Op Technician works on assignments to support the organization’s need to design, validate, and release new products and / or product improvements. Apply now!

Responsibilities :

• Becomes familiar with and follows all Engineering procedures and processes.
• Utilizes the Engineering software that is supplied by Globe Motors.
• Assists with some project management responsibilities.
• Completes Engineering calculations typical of a Project Engineer.
• Participates in customer / vendor meetings and presentations.
• Assists lab technicians in their daily work assignments when necessary.
• Assists Drafting / Designers in their daily work assignments as needed.
• Develops spreadsheets / programs for use in the Engineering department.
