Multi-Territory Sales Representative

Hunter Mentality Required

  • Ideally based in San Francisco, CA | Remote with ~50% Travel
  • Territory : WA, OR, ID, MT, WY, CA, NV, UT, HI
  • Earning Potential : $80,000–$150,000+ (Base + Uncapped Commission)

We’re hiring a Multi-Territory Sales Rep for our client—a well-established, fast-growing, family-owned natural stone company that’s dominating the premium residential and commercial markets across the West Coast.

This isn’t your average sales role. This is for the relentless prospector, the confident closer, the relationship-builder who thrives on creating opportunity where others see obstacles. You’ll be representing a high-end, artisan-quality product line, and you’ll need the sales swagger to match.

  • Your Mission (Should You Choose to Accept It)

  • Strategically prospect, pitch, and closenew business across your multi-state territory
  • Build and nurture long-term relationships with architects, designers, luxury home builders, contractors, and distributors
  • Educate and influencethrough web-based presentations and in-person demos
  • Partner with internal design and inside salesteams to drive appointments and follow-through
  • Maintain a disciplined, high-output sales cadenceusing CRM tools and performance metrics
  • Sell the value, not the price—this is a premium product for discerning buyers
  • What You Bring to the Table

  • Proven success in B2B / B2C sales—ideally in building materials, construction, or another premium productindustry
  • A true hunter mentality—you wake up excited to prospect, pursue, and close
  • Comfort in competitive, price-sensitive marketswhere product education wins the day
  • High-level communication skills—equally confident on a jobsite or in a boardroom
  • Strong technical presentation skills using digital toolsand web-based platforms
  • CRM fluency and a love of organization, pipeline management, and follow-up
  • Ability to manage a large, remote territory with self-driven structure and accountability
  • Willingness to travel 50%of the time (yes, Hawaii is in the territory… aloha bonus?)

  • Experienced selling to HNWIs and luxury clientele
  • Skilled at uncovering opportunities and cultivating repeat business over time
  • Comfortable navigating long sales cycles and complex decision-making chains

  • Clients range from luxury contractors and architects to ultra-high-net-worth individuals
  • Sales process is long-term and relationship driven—not a transactional grind
