QA Manager

Job Description

CD PROJEKT RED i s looking for a QA Manager to work on Cyberpunk 2, the follow-up to Cyberpunk 2077. In this role, you will be responsible for building and leading the QA team from the ground up while ensuring the highest quality standards across the project. You will drive the execution of the QA strategy, adapt it to the needs of the project, and collaborate closely with internal and external partners to deliver a top-tier gaming experience.

Key Responsibilities :

• Building and leading a new QA team dedicated to Project Orion, implementing the defined roles and responsibilities, and ensuring effective development plans for team members.
• Executing the QA strategy and adapting it to the specific needs of the project.
• Proactively identifying and implementing process improvements to enhance workflows and optimize efficiency across the project.
• Establishing and monitoring quality metrics, setting quality standards, and ensuring proper use of tools and processes.
• Collaborating with external QA vendors to ensure strong cooperation, clear communication, and alignment with project quality expectations.
• Managing risks and dependencies by identifying potential issues early and creating action plans to address them.
• Driving change management initiatives, ensuring all stakeholders understand and adopt necessary changes.
• Regularly auditing processes and implementing corrective actions to maintain high standards of quality.
