PEDIATRICS NURSE PRACTITIONER

BC / Pediatric Nurse Practitioner

Nonprofit FQHC clinic setting

Strictly outpatient

M - F, 8 : 30 - 5 : 00

Hour of admin, 7 hrs of patient care, and 30 min for lunch

Could potentially entertain reduced schedule

Expectation is to see 14-15 patients per day

Scheduled patients and walk-ins

1 MA per provider

Salary based on experience : $107,000 for new grad up to $164,000

Additional pay for DNP

Passing Spanish fluency test =2% annual bonus

Productivity bonuses = 3% annual bonus if you hit 105% of prod of goal; 5% if you hit %110 of prod goal based on number of patients seen

Pay increases 2.5%-4% annually based on performance revieww
