Contract- 3+months

Schedule : Sun–Fri 9 : 00 AM–5 : 00 PM; Alternate Sat 8 : 00 AM–3 : 00 PM

Pay Rate : $17-$21 / hr

Join one of the most respected names in diagnostics! We're looking for a dedicated and skilled Phlebotomist I to provide excellent patient care and accurate specimen collection at our Patient Service Center in South Richmond Hill, NY.

Key Responsibilities :

• Represent the face of the company to patients during visits for routine health or life-defining health decisions
• Perform quality blood draws on patients of all ages – pediatrics through geriatrics
• Handle forensic and clinical specimen collection and processing following established practices and procedures
• Prepare specimens for lab testing ensuring accuracy and proper labeling
• Maintain a safe, clean, and professional environment
• Maintain required records and documentation timely and accurately
• Demonstrate leadership behaviors, process excellence, and sensitivity to patient confidentiality
• Work independently with minimal supervision

Requirements :

Reliable transportation is a must. This position is covering an employee on FMLA.
