HSHS Medical Group works in partnership with Hospital Sisters Health System. Practice Highlights : - Monday - Friday weekly schedule, 4 or 5 day schedule option- No holidays or weekends- Well established, growing practice- Dietician and Diabetic Educator on staff to address all patient needs- Dedicated support staff to assist with practice flow- EPIC EMRPosition Requirements : - Unrestricted Illinois license prior to start- Board Certified- 2+ years of Endocrinology or Diabetic Care as an NP or PA is requiredCompensation & Benefits Package : - Base guarantee- Paid time off with holidays accrued bi-weekly- CME reimbursement + days available per fiscal year- Opportunities to earn productivity and patient outcome / patient satisfaction bonuses- Sign on bonus and relocation assistance both availableCore Function : Provider

Education Qualifications

• Master's degree in Nursing is required.
• Bachelor's Degree in Nursing PLUS 5 years relevant experience may be considered in lieu of degree.
• Doctoral degree in Nursing is preferred.
