Skills :

i. 3+ years of experience developing instruction manuals, how-to andtraining guides, and other supporting documentation for complex ITsystems.ii. 3+ years of experience in researching, outlining, writing, editingcontent, and working closely with various departments to understandproject requirements.iii. 3+ years of experience gathering information from subject-matterexperts to develop, organize, and write procedure manuals, technicalspecifications, and process documentation.iv. 3+ years of experience working with development and supportleads to identify documentation repositories, revise and edit, anddetermine best solutions for data compilation and centralized storage.v. 3+ years of researching, creating, and maintaining informationarchitecture templates that adhere to organizational and legal standardsand allow for easy data migration.vi. 3+ years of experience developing content in alternative mediaforms for maximum usability, with consistent voice across alldocumentationvii. Technical Writing experience with ServiceNow applications ispreferred.
