A company is looking for a Customer Service Support Representative (REMOTE).
Key Responsibilities
Act as a liaison between the company, customer base, and patients
Resolve routine customer requests via inbound and outbound calls or the Internet
Provide additional customer education and information as needed
Required Qualifications
High School Diploma or GED equivalent required
Previous experience in a customer service role
Experience in a contact center / call center environment preferred
Knowledge of Microsoft Office suite is required
Experience with Salesforce.com and / or Laboratory Information Systems is preferred
