Key Responsibilities
Handle inbound calls and chat inquiries from members regarding products and services
Provide excellent customer service in a timely and positive manner
Build rapport with members to understand their needs and enhance their experience
Required Qualifications, Training, and Education
Adaptable and resilient in a fast-paced startup environment
People-first communicator with empathetic listening skills
High school diploma or equivalent required; bachelor's degree preferred
Bilingual in English and Spanish preferred
Experience in healthcare or insurance preferred
