Senior Software Engineer

As a Senior Software Engineer, you'll work in close collaboration with our product, design, and tech operations teams. You'll be responsible for implementing and refining our realtime collaboration, maps, data visualization, rich text, and presentation features, as well as workflows and integrationsall of which are distinguished by rich and highly interactive user interfaces. This is a hands-on role, but you'll also play a key function in continuously improving our end-to-end architecture and developer experience.

What You'll Do

• Own team-level architecture, delivering strategic and tactical software to address defined problems
• Begin to influence work outside of your direct team, solving complex problems impacting performance, features, and product design
• Support and unblock peers through async reviews, pairing, and mentorship
• Work in an async-first way, aligning clearly on scope, tradeoffs, and outcomes
• Build across the stack, using TypeScript / React / Node with PostgreSQL, Redis, and Kubernetes under the hood
