We’re seeking a motivated Marketing & Community Engagement Coordinator with dental experience and bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish to help drive our growth through creative outreach and patient-centered marketing initiatives. This role focuses primarily on marketing while also supporting patient care and front desk operations as needed.

Position Overview

This is an exciting opportunity for someone who combines marketing expertise with a solid understanding of the dental field. You’ll design and manage marketing campaigns, strengthen our community presence, and help ensure patients feel welcomed and supported from their very first interaction.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop, execute, and track marketing campaigns (social media, digital, community outreach)
• Manage content creation and online presence to showcase our practice
• Generate and manage patient reviews and referrals
• Build partnerships with local businesses and community organizations
• Support bilingual patient communication (reminders, follow-ups, recalls, in-office conversations)
• Assist with front desk tasks such as scheduling, calls, and payments when assigned
