Training Developer

Partners Professional is currently assisting our client in their search for a Training Developer at their location in Charlotte NC. This positions is being offered as a 1-year contract starting in June and is on-site in Charlotte. Our client is a manufacturer of construction components used in homes, multi-unit homes, and commercial businesses. They are a leader in this product line and have multiple locations across the US. The Training Lead is responsible for creating, deploying, and cataloging training curriculums and materials to ensure all employees are proficient in updated manufacturing and warehousing standards. This role is crucial in maintaining the company's commitment to excellence and continuous improvement by providing comprehensive and accessible training resources.

Responsibilities :

• Develop Training Materials : Create comprehensive training curriculums and materials, including Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and video content, to ensure all employees are well-versed in updated standards.
• Deploy Training Programs : Facilitate the deployment of training programs, ensuring effective delivery and understanding across all departments.
• Catalog Content : Organize and catalog training materials in a systematic and efficient manner, making them easily accessible for future reference.
• Collaborate with Stakeholders : Work closely with various departments to identify training needs and develop tailored solutions.
• Monitor and Evaluate : Assess the effectiveness of training programs and make necessary adjustments to improve outcomes.

Stay Updated : Keep abreast of industry trends and best practices to continuously enhance training materials and methods.

Qualifications :

Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience preferred

Knowledge & Skills

Proven experience in developing and deploying training materials.

Strong organizational skills with the ability to catalog content efficiently.

Experience

3-5 years of training related experience. Training experience within an operations / manufacturing environment is preferred. Having prior leadership roles within an operations environment is a plus.

Experience using video editing software to create engaging and effective material
