What You'll Do :

Provide customer service to clients, staff, patients, and visitors by carrying out security-related procedures and site-specific policies in a healthcare environment.

Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, in accordance with Allied Universal protocols and location guidelines.

Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols within the healthcare facility and around its perimeter to help to deter unwanted activity and promote a secure environment.

Support emergency response activities as needed, following established procedures for healthcare locations.

Observe and report any unusual activity or potential hazards to the appropriate personnel and / or management.

Maintain a visible presence throughout the assigned area to help to deter unauthorized access and / or disruptive behavior.

Communicate clearly and professionally with all individuals encountered during the course of duties, upholding the standards of Allied Universal.

Minimum Requirements :

Must be at least 21 years of age.

CPR certification is preferred.

Access control or badge experience is preferred.

Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.

Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
