A company is looking for a Home Equity Loan Closer.

Key Responsibilities

Ensure files and documents meet company, investor, and compliance requirements

Process a minimum of 3 files per day and reconcile Closing Disclosure

Schedule loan closings and prepare closing documents while coordinating with other departments

Required Qualifications

Knowledge of TRID guidelines

Experience with Conventional, FHA / VA loans is a plus

Familiarity with Encompass is preferred

Detail-oriented with a commitment to accuracy

Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks
