Senior Director, Corporate Strategy And Operations

Reporting to the CFO, the Senior Director / Director of Corporate Strategy & Operations will work closely with leadership to drive Serif's portfolio strategy, establish partnerships, and lead operations within the company.

This role will support high-priority, high-impact projects across the organization, partnering with cross-functional stakeholders to drive corporate strategy, pipeline strategy, competitive intelligence, market analysis, and investor relations. The successful candidate will have scientific acumen, be deeply collaborative, an outstanding communicator, and will thrive in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment.

Corporate Strategy

• Collaborate cross-functionally to shape, translate, and execute the company's corporate strategy.
• Develop and refine company presentation materials for investors, Board, and external stakeholders in close collaboration with leadership and scientific team.
• Support portfolio strategy and indication selection in close partnership with scientific leadership
