As an unarmed patrol officer with Allied Universal, you will help to deter security-related incidents by conducting regular patrols and maintaining a visible presence within a healthcare location. You will monitor assigned areas, respond promptly to incidents, and deliver exceptional customer service while upholding the integrity and values of Allied Universal. What You'll Do :

Provide customer service to individuals at the healthcare location by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies and / or emergency response activities as needed. Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, supporting the healthcare environment. Conduct regular and random patrols around the healthcare facility and its perimeter to help to deter unauthorized activities and / or potential disturbances. Observe and report any unusual activity or security-related concerns in the healthcare setting to Allied Universal management and / or site authorities. Assist with access control, visitor verification, and monitoring building entrances to help to deter unauthorized entry. Support medical staff, visitors, and patients by being a visible security-related presence and responding to requests for assistance. Maintain accurate and detailed logs of events, incidents, and activities as required by Allied Universal and the healthcare site. Remain alert to environmental changes and potential security-related risks, adapting patrol routes as appropriate for the healthcare location.

Minimum Requirements :

Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles. Possess a high school diploma or equivalent. As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws. Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws. As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law. Licensing requirements are subject to state and / or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment. A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only.
