Job descriptionAssist with personal care and assistance with Activities of Daily Living (ADLs) Meal preparation Housekeeping Medication reminders Transportation Dementia care Encourage independence and help clients age with dignity in the comfort of their home Monitor and report changes in client condition or needs promptly Maintain regular and clear communication with office staff Model and consistently uphold company policies and standards with enthusiasm Provide ongoing education and support to fellow Caregivers, including : Coaching and mentoring Teaching and re-educating company policies and care techniques Support Caregiver development through encouragement and feedback Participate in Quality Assurance activities : Client introductions Supervisory visits Check-ins to ensure client satisfaction and continuity of care Use of mobility and transfer equipment such as Hoyer lifts, sit-to-stand lifts, and gait belts Experience using Hoyer lifts, sit-to-stand lifts, and gait belts Strong communication and leadership skills Positive attitude and team-oriented mindset Passion for helping others and commitment to quality care Must be flexible and available for any shift Must be willing to travel Ability to lift, push or pull up to 50 lbs Clear background check and drug screen Must have a valid drivers license and current auto insurance 24 / 7 office Support and respectful team environment Career growth and leadership opportunities with ongoing training and development Full-time consistent hours and stable scheduling Full benefit package including 401K with 4% company match Make a lasting difference in the lives of others Apply Now or call
