We are looking for compassionate and reliable individuals to join our team as Lead full-time Care Professionals. In addition to providing personal care, the Lead Caregiver contributes to Quality Assurance efforts to help improve client retention and satisfaction. As a visible representative of Home Instead in the community, this team member must embody our core value, Love(v) , in every interaction— with patience, kindness, humility, selflessness, respectfulness, forgiveness, honesty, and commitment.

Primary Responsibilities :

  • Assist with personal care and assistance with Activities of Daily Living (ADLs)
  • Meal preparation
  • Housekeeping
  • Medication reminders
  • Transportation
  • Dementia care
  • Encourage independence and help clients age with dignity in the comfort of their home
  • Monitor and report changes in client condition or needs promptly
  • Maintain regular and clear communication with office staff

    • Leadership & Support Responsibilities :

  • Model and consistently uphold company policies and standards with enthusiasm
  • Provide ongoing education and support to fellow Caregivers, including :
  • Coaching and mentoring
  • Teaching and re-educating company policies and care techniques
  • Support Caregiver development through encouragement and feedback
  • Participate in Quality Assurance activities :
  • Client introductions
  • Supervisory visits
  • Check-ins to ensure client satisfaction and continuity of care
  • Use of mobility and transfer equipment such as Hoyer lifts, sit-to-stand lifts, and gait belts

    • Requirements :

  • Experience using Hoyer lifts, sit-to-stand lifts, and gait belts
  • Strong communication and leadership skills
  • Positive attitude and team-oriented mindset
  • Passion for helping others and commitment to quality care
  • Must be flexible and available for any shift
  • Must be willing to travel
  • Ability to lift, push or pull up to 50 lbs
  • Clear background check and drug screen
  • Must have a valid drivers license and current auto insurance
