The Freight Operations Supervisor leads and manages all aspects of freight handling operations, including supervising staff, enforcing safety and regulatory compliance, and optimizing workflow to meet production goals. The role requires experience in freight, logistics, or warehouse environments and involves planning schedules, coaching employees, and maintaining operational efficiency. This position demands knowledge of LTL industry standards, DOT regulations, and strong leadership and communication skills to ensure timely and safe freight processing.

Hours : This position will primarily be an inbound position, M-F from 1 : 00 am - 11 : 00 am

What you need to succeed as a Freight Operations Supervisor at XPO

Minimum qualifications :

• 2 years of related work experience in a warehouse, distribution, supply chain, transportation or similar environment
• Knowledge of the Less-than-Truckload (LTL) industry, hazardous materials regulations and DOT rules and regulations
• Available to work a variety of shifts, including days, evenings, nights and weekends

Annual Salary Range : $68,082 to $85,103. Actual compensation may vary due to factors such as experience and skill set. In addition to base salary, employees may be eligible for a sign-on bonus, annual and long-term incentive awards, and an equity buyout award. This is an incentive-based position, which may include bonuses, incentive or commission plans
