Prior experience in school-based settings preferred. Strong collaboration, communication, and organizational skills. Ability to work with children who have diverse needs and behavioral challenges. Position Overview
Schoolhouse Staffing is looking for a skilled and compassionate Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our school-based team in Romeoville, IL. In this role, youll coach and oversee behavior support programs, conduct assessments, develop Behavior Intervention Plans (BIPs), and collaborate with teachers and support staff to promote academic and social success for students.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct functional behavior assessments (FBAs) and develop & implement BIPs.
- Monitor student progress through data collection and analysis.
- Provide training and consultation to teachers, RBTs (Registered Behavior Technicians), and school staff.
- Attend and contribute in IEP meetings.
- Supervise RBTs and ensure compliance with state / district regulations.
- Support classroom strategies to manage behavior proactively and create inclusive environments.
