Program Manager, Rack Ingestion Program

The Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (OCI) team powers mission-critical applications for leading enterprises worldwide, delivering hyper-scale, multi-tenant services in more than 50 regions. We are seeking a program manager with a strong passion for supply chain excellence to lead our rack ingestion program, supporting OCI's rapid growth through scalable hardware deployment and provisioning solutions. In this role, you will focus on optimizing rack ingestion and provisioning processesoverseeing the development and execution of provisioning that ensure our infrastructure can efficiently meet current and future demands for our customer. You will spearhead process improvement initiatives in rack redeployment, driving alignment across OCI infrastructure ordering and supply chain teams. As a strategic leader within the rack ingestion program, you'll collaborate cross-functionally with demand and capacity planning, hardware planning, supply chain operations, and delivery teams. Your deep business acumen, analytical prowess, and creative problem-solving skills will be vital in developing innovative solutions that enhance infrastructure operations, maximize hardware utilization, and support OCI's business outlook.

Responsibilities :

Range and benefit information provided in this posting are specific to the stated locations only US : Hiring Range in USD from : $79,100 to $158,200 per annum. May be eligible for bonus and equity. Oracle maintains broad salary ranges for its roles in order to account for variations in knowledge, skills, experience, market conditions and locations, as well as reflect Oracle's differing products, industries and lines of business.
