🌙 Registered Nurse (RN) – Postpartum Unit

📍 Fort Wayne, IN

🕒 Shift : 7 PM – 7 AM | Every 3rd weekend rotation

💼 Position Type : Direct Hire

💰 Salary Range :

  • ASN : $29.80 – $49.17 / hr
  • BSN : $31.80 – $51.17 / hr

    • 🎁 Sign-On Bonus : Up to $10,000

    🩺 What You’ll Do

    As an RN in our Postpartum (Family Birth Center) , you’ll :

  • Provide patient-centered, compassionate care to new mothers and infants
  • Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to ensure safe, quality care
  • Educate and support families through recovery and newborn care
  • Monitor patient conditions, administer medications, and document care accurately
  • Contribute to a positive, teamwork-driven culture focused on excellence and safety

    • 🎓 Qualifications

  • Diploma or Associate’s / Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing (ASN / BSN)
  • Valid Indiana RN License (Required)
  • CPR Certification (AHA only)
  • Ability to lift 50 lbs and assist with 100 lbs
  • Strong communication and critical-thinking skills
  • Additional certifications may be required for specific care areas
