Job descriptionHigh school diploma or equivalent Valid FAA Airframe & Powerplant Certificate Minimum 7+ years of transport category aircraft maintenance experience (Boeing series preferred : 737, 777, 747-400, 747-800) RII authorization required Unrestricted engine run qualifications on 737, 777, and 747 aircraft Bore scope qualified on CFM, Pratt & Whitney, or GE-90 engines Formal training on advanced systems / avionics for 737, 777, and 747 aircraft Valid passport with the ability to travel regularly for AOG recovery and projects Ability to read, write, and fluently communicate in English Strong analytical, organizational, and interpersonal skills Proficiency in Microsoft software and digital aircraft manuals Strong work ethic with the ability to work in variable weather conditions Ability to lift heavy parts and equipment as required Willingness to work rotating schedules including nights, weekends, and holidays

Key Responsibilities
- Troubleshoot technical discrepancies and execute repairs on company aircraft
- Accomplish aircraft inspections in accordance with company and FAA procedures
- Utilize electronic test equipment, voltage / amperage measuring tools, and navigation troubleshooting equipment
- Read and interpret blueprints, drawings, schematics, and technical orders
- Inspect and assist in maintenance of company equipment and tooling
- Collaborate with contract maintenance personnel and communicate discrepancies to Maintenance Control
- Ensure all aircraft documentation is completed accurately before departure
- Provide guidance to mechanics on advanced tasks and coordinate inspections / repairs
- Organize daily tasks, coordinate tooling / materials, and support on-time aircraft departures
- Perform manual and aircraft parts inventories as required
- Follow all safety measures, shop practices, and cleanliness standards
