Job description

Job Title : Weekend Occupational Therapy Assistant – In-Home Care Model

Company : Home Health Care, Inc.

Schedule : Weekend Visits (Flexible Every / Every Other Weekend)

Pay : $42 - $46 per visit.

Mileage reimbursement between clients!

Overview

Looking to make a weekend impact? As a COTA with Home Health Care, Inc., you'll guide clients on their path to independence from the comfort of their homes while benefiting from a supportive OT-led structure.

Duties

  • Facilitate daily living skills, mobility routines, and therapy-based activities under OT direction.
  • Provide coaching and home exercise instruction to clients and caregivers.
  • Record all visit data and patient insights to aid the clinical team's planning.
  • Collaborate with other disciplines for integrated care.

Skills

  • Current Minnesota COTA license.
  • Passion for home-based care.
  • Excellent communication and adaptability.
  • EMR experience preferred.
