Member Services Associate- Scottsdale (January 2026)

Location : Scottsdale, AZ Start Date : 1 / 26 / 26 Type : Full-Time; Hybrid In-Office 3 days / Remote 2 days Shift Days : Monday-Saturday for a total of 5 days per week; Specific days to be agreed based on need Shift Times : Charleston (EST) & Scottsdale (MST) : 8am-5pm, 8 : 30am-5 : 30pm, 9am-6pm, 9 : 30am-6 : 30pm, 10am-7pm, 10 : 30am-7 : 30pm; Specific shifts to be assigned based on business need. Shift Expectations : Your standard schedule will be Monday-Friday, and will include up to 8 Saturdays per year. This will also include up to 3 company holidays per year, with the exception of Thanksgiving and Christmas (which we do not staff). During busier seasons, you’ll have the opportunity to contribute more and be rewarded with overtime pay. You’ll have different daily assignments, so you don’t get bored.
