Logistics Specialist

As a Logistics Specialist, you will play a key role in developing a world-class logistics process that ensures timely delivery of goods at the best cost. You will engage in high-level strategy, design, and implementation, striving to provide best-in-class service levels.

Responsibilities :

• Identify and resolve performance score discrepancies within the transportation services network.
• Partner with teams to drive process improvements that enhance service, iterate technology, and boost carrier performance and growth.
• Collaborate on the development and delivery of key programs, metrics, reports, analyses, and dashboards to support business decisions across customer-facing programs.
• Pull data from numerous databases using Excel, QuickSight, Hubble, SQL, and other data management systems.

Work Environment :

This position is 100% onsite, with shift schedules including two options : Sunday to Wednesday or Wednesday to Saturday. Start times post-training can be between 7am and 9am, to be determined prior to commencement.

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Nashville, Tennessee.

Pay and Benefits :

The pay range for this position is $23.00 - $23.00 / hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
