Job descriptionThe ideal candidate has a Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance. 3-5 years of experience Preferred public accounting background. Strong Excel skills and proficiency in Microsoft 365. Experience with Yardi or similar real estate systems is a plus. Excellent analytical, organizational, and communication skills. A proactive, "can-do" attitude with the ability to work both independently and cross-functionally. Analyze property-level financial results and trends across income statements, balance sheets, and cash flows to identify performance drivers. Develop and update financial models to guide strategic planning, acquisitions, and investment decisions. Collaborate with property management, leasing, and accounting teams to ensure financial insights align with operational goals. Contribute to the annual budgeting, forecasting, and capital planning processes across the portfolio. Identify opportunities to streamline processes and leverage automation for greater efficiency. Research market and industry data to support investment and portfolio strategy recommendations. Prepare ad hoc financial analyses and reporting to support leadership decision-making.
