PRN Dates Available :   Dec 22-24, March 23-27, March 30-April 10, April 27-May 15, June 1-19. Future dates TBD

Schedule : Monday-Friday; 7am-3pm

Call : 3pm-7am; every 4th night; every 4th weekend

Cases :   Endo, OB / GYN, General, Ortho, limited Acute Pain Management

Additional Details

All CRNA practice.

CSR and DEA required

Spinals, Epidurals, Blocks required

NRP required
