Staff Accountant

Brief Summary : The General Staff Accountant supports the accounting and finance team. This role involves handling daily accounting tasks, account reconciliations, financial reporting, and compliance with audit requests . The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of accounting principles, excellent organizational skills, and the ability to work independently.

Essential Functions :

• Daily Accounting Tasks

Process and record daily / weekly accounting transactions, including accounts payable and receivable as needed.

Weekly and monthly reconciliation of selected balance sheet accounts, including fixed assets, prepaid expenses, and accrued liabilities.

Manage month-end and year-end close processes, including journal entries, accruals, and adjustments

Prepare and organize financial records for external auditors.
