Job Summary

The Portfolio Manager oversees a designated group of residential properties within PPLs affordable and supportive housing portfolio. This role ensures operational excellence financial performance and resident satisfaction while aligning with PPLs mission to empower individuals and strengthen communities.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

Marketing and Leasing :

• Oversee in collaboration with maintenance staff apartment turnovers; tracking coordinating and communicating apartment readiness with maintenance department and outside vendors
• Assist both property managers and compliance specialist with completing income certification and recertification of residents
• Assure prospective and current tenants understand and adhere to lease obligations and PPL House Rules

Salary / Hours : Full Time / Exempt : $76900.00-$78499.00 / annually DOQ
