  • Key Responsibilities Conduct scheduled virtual consultations to assess client needs Guide clients through benefit options and enrollment processes with clarity and professionalism Maintain accurate client records and follow-up communications Deliver a high level of service and build lasting client relationships Participate in ongoing training, development, and team meetings What We Offer 100% remote position – work from anywhere in the U.S.
