Full Time and Part Time position available in Phoenix and Scottsdale area

Skilled - Behavioral - AL buildings

2 Behavior Hospitals - Phoenix area 6-10 hours per week in person

6 Assisted Living communities - Phoenix area 2-3 hours per quarter

Must have NDTR / RD credential awarded from the Commission on Dietetic Registration.

DiningRD is actively seeking a part-time Registered Dietitian in a consulting role for skilled nursing facilities and / or behavioral health. Are you interested in improving the lives of seniors? KEY RESPONSIBLITITES MAY INCLUDE, BUT NOT LIMITED TO :

• Completion of MDS assessments, Section K, CAA
• Documentation for residents at a high risk for nutritional problems.
• Participation in the care planning process.
• Collaboration with the Interdisciplinary Team.
• Provide oversight to the food service department with routine audit for safety, sanitation, and quality of food.
