Job description7+ years of experience in sales or business development Experience in contract manufacturing is highly preferred Experience with semiconductor industry is a plus Excellent communication skills Ability to lead, guide, and mentor sales team Strong planning, organizational, and problem-solving skills Adaptability to a fast-paced, multitasking environment Bilingual in Mandarin is required Must be legally authorized to work in the U.S.

Position : Business Development Manager - Contract Manufacturing
Hours : 40 hours per week
Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with key clients
- Address and resolve customer inquiries and service-related issues
- Direct and coordinate business activities internally to drive revenue growth
- Analyze customer demand forecasts and track key sales metrics
- Set target and strategic goals while managing and evaluating team performance
- Plan and oversee training of new team members
