We’re looking for a go-getter who’s ready to hit the doors, meet homeowners face-to-face, and set up appointments for our solar consultants. Someone that is driven, outgoing, coachable, eager to learn, grow, and make an impact. This is a commission-based role with truly upside earning potential . Our pay structure is highly competitive, rewarding those who hustle. The more doors you knock, the more conversations you spark, the more money you make, with no limits. The harder you work, the more you make, simple as that.

Compensation : 48,000 - $90,000

Responsibilities :

• Knock on doors in assigned local neighborhoods and introduce people to the benefits of solar
• Have natural, friendly conversations
• Set appointments for our sales team
• Handle objections like a pro and keep the energy up, even after a few no’s
• Track your daily activity and leads using the provided company systems so we can support your growth
• Represent our company with honesty, confidence, and enthusiasm
• You’re self-motivated, coachable, and ready to grow into more responsibility over time
