Registered Nurse (RN) — Cedar River Healthcare Center
Pay : $51.00 - $57.50 per hour

What You'll Do
- Lead and supervise day-to-day nursing activities during your shift
- Provide hands-on resident care, assessments, and medication administration
- Coordinate care with physicians, families, and the interdisciplinary team
- Guide and support LPNs and CNAs to ensure safe, consistent, high-quality care
- Monitor resident conditions and respond quickly to changes
- Complete clear, timely clinical documentation and incident reports
- Participate in care planning, discharge planning, and quality improvement efforts
- Maintain a safe, clean, and compliant care environment
Required
Active RN license in good standing in the stateCPR certificationNursing degree from an accredited programComfortable using electronic charting systems (PCC experience a plus)Why Cedar River
