Epic Care Analyst Certification Required

A company is looking for an Epic Care Analyst - Cupid.

Key Responsibilities

Maintain design and build expertise in Epic applications

Develop, upgrade, and support the Epic application while ensuring documentation standards

Engage in knowledge transfer and propose solutions for documentation, efficiency, and system updates

Required Qualifications, Training, and Education

Associate's degree in healthcare, computer, or related field; Bachelor's degree preferred

Epic certification(s) required at time of hire or within 6 months

Direct procedural clinical cardiology experience preferred if not Cupid certified

Familiarity with ITSM principles and medical terminology preferred

Ability to translate business needs into technical specifications
