Provide superior customer service via phone Assist members in finding providers and resolving inquiries Collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely resolutions Maintain confidentiality and uphold Select Health's service commitments Start Date : January 26th, 2026 Training Schedule : MondayFriday, 8 : 00 a.m.4 : 30 p.m. (In-Office in Murray, UT) Post-Training Schedule : MondayFriday, 7 : 00 a.m.9 : 00 p.m.; Saturday, 9 : 00 a.m.3 : 00 p.m. No time off during the first 60 days due to training requirements. Strong communication and problem-solving skills Active listening and time management Ability to multitask and work under pressure Computer literacy (Microsoft Office, typing proficiency) Preferred : Call center experience and bilingual (English / Spanish)
