The posted compensation range of $82.80 - $98.43 / hour is a reasonable estimate that extends from the lowest to the highest pay CommonSpirit in good faith believes it might pay for this particular job, based on the circumstances at the time of posting. CommonSpirit may ultimately pay more or less than the posted range as permitted by law.

Responsibilities

In keeping with the Dignity Health, Central Coast health care philosophy, the Pharmacist Clinical ensures the quality of pharmaceutical services by developing and coordinating clinical service programs focused on quality assurance activities, educational endeavors, clinically specialized services, and monitoring and evaluation of drug therapy.

Qualifications

Qualifications :

• Two to three years experience as a clinical pharmacist.
• B.S. Pharmacy; or M.S. Pharmacy, or Pharm. D.
• Licensed with the California Board of Pharmacy.
• Minimum of 1 year pharmacy residency is preferred.
• Ability to communicate effectively, both orally and in writing, with all levels of hospital staff, physicians, and the general public.
