CNC Machine Operator

Do you have at least three years of CNC milling experience and are ready for a fresh start? Advantage Resourcing is hiring an experienced CNC Machine Operator for a manufacturing company in West Hartford, CT. You will contribute to the production of high-quality firearm components. This role offers an exciting opportunity to work with cutting-edge technology and a collaborative team. We have all shifts available to meet your work-life balance needs!

Pay : - per hour

1st Shift Hours : 6 : 42 am - 3 : 12 pm

2nd Shift Hours : 3 : 12 pm - 11 : 42 pm

3rd Shift Hours : 11 : 42 pm - 6 : 42 am

Essential Functions :

• Set up and operate CNC milling machines to produce precision components according to engineering specifications.
• Interpret and understand technical drawings, blueprints, and work instructions.
• Collaborate with engineers and team members to optimize machining processes.
• Monitor machine performance and make adjustments as needed to maintain quality and efficiency.
• Conduct routine maintenance on machines to ensure smooth operation.
• Inspect finished products for quality and compliance with specifications.
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to machining operations.
