We are seeking a detail-oriented and highly organized Parts Coordinator to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess strong computer and software skills, along with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a dynamic environment. Working closely across departments, the Parts Coordinator will play a key role in supporting CIDAN’s vision of being the industry leader in overall Customer Experience by ensuring efficient parts coordination and exceptional service support.
Responsibilities
- Enter customer part orders into the ERP system
- Create and issue purchase orders to vendors
- Manage parts inventory, including safety stock levels, cycle counts, and reorder points
- Communicate with customers daily via email and phone
- Provide timely follow-up on customer orders and inquiries
- Collaborate effectively with internal teams including Service, Sales, Vendors, Accounting, and Logistics
- Assist with physical inventory counts and maintain accurate records
