We are seeking a detail-oriented and highly organized Parts Coordinator to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess strong computer and software skills, along with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a dynamic environment. Working closely across departments, the Parts Coordinator will play a key role in supporting CIDAN’s vision of being the industry leader in overall Customer Experience by ensuring efficient parts coordination and exceptional service support.

Responsibilities

  • Enter customer part orders into the ERP system
  • Create and issue purchase orders to vendors
  • Manage parts inventory, including safety stock levels, cycle counts, and reorder points
  • Communicate with customers daily via email and phone
  • Provide timely follow-up on customer orders and inquiries
  • Collaborate effectively with internal teams including Service, Sales, Vendors, Accounting, and Logistics
  • Assist with physical inventory counts and maintain accurate records

  • Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience with data entry and / or tracking systems
  • Advanced computer proficiency in a Windows and ERP environment
  • Strong attention to detail and initiative to identify process improvements
  • Proven problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to resolving issues
