Software Engineering Manager

A company is looking for an Engineering Manager to lead a team of developers and quality assurance professionals in software application development.

Key Responsibilities :

Lead and manage a team of software developers in the design, development, testing, and deployment of software applications

Facilitate communication and collaboration between cross-functional teams

Develop and implement software development processes, methodologies, and best practices

Required Qualifications :

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science or a related field

Minimum of 5 years of experience in software engineering

Minimum of 3 years of experience in managing software development teams

Experience with agile software development methodologies

Experience in highly regulated environments such as finance, tax preparation, or healthcare
