Doctor of Pharmacy (PharmD) degree, active Pharmacist license, and minimum 1+ years Pharmacist experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.

Position Overview :

As a Home Infusion Pharmacist, youll be responsible for overseeing and performing sterile compounding, ensuring all preparations meet quality and regulatory standards. Youll collaborate closely with technicians and nursing staff to provide safe, accurate, and timely compounded products for patients receiving infusion therapies.

Schedule :

Monday Friday, 8 : 30am 5 : 00pm

Requirements :

Active Illinois Pharmacist License

Proven sterile compounding experience

Home infusion experience (required)

Familiarity with CPR+ or similar pharmacy management software

Strong knowledge of USP 797 / 800 standards and aseptic technique
