Way Engineering is one of the nation’s largest and most experienced mechanical contractors, specializing in commercial air conditioning, plumbing, piping, and the ongoing maintenance of these systems. We lead the industry in design-build / design-assist, pre-construction, commissioning, building information modeling (BIM), and quality control.
We are currently seeking a Union HVAC Journeyman Technician to join our team!
Responsibilities :
- Perform preventative maintenance, troubleshooting, and repairs on commercial HVAC equipment
- Accurately diagnose HVAC system performance through observation, testing, and setup
- Read and interpret wiring diagrams and service / installation manuals
- Document service work using company-provided software on an iPad
- Communicate effectively with customers and office personnel to ensure satisfaction
- Manage assigned tasks independently, including time management and necessary follow-ups
- Adhere strictly to company safety protocols
