HVAC Technician III and IV

Automation Personnel Services is looking for experienced and certified HVAC Technicians (III and IV) that can deliver top-tier installation, maintenance, and repair services. Bringing 5+ years of hands-on expertise in residential and commercial HVAC systems, strong diagnostic skills, and a commitment to safety and customer satisfaction.

Pay Rate : $28.00-$35.00 per hour (Depending on Experience)

Schedule and Hours

Monday Friday

7 : 30am 04 : 30pm

Must be able to complete a 24 hour on call duty every 4 weeks

Opportunity to travel and earn more (with per diem)

HVAC Technician Duties and Responsibilities

• Designing, installing, operating, maintaining, and repairing multifaceted energy systems, including heating, ventilation, air conditioning, refrigeration (HVAC / R), and associated system controls.
• Troubleshooting building HVAC systems using various tools and documentation
• Creating and modifying control schemes for efficient control of Building Automation systems
• Mentoring lower-level HVAC technicians and coordinating the work of outside contractors
• Preparing estimates for materials, equipment, and labor required for assignments.
• Inspecting and testing HVAC systems and components for any problems
• Performing regular preventive maintenance tasks to ensure system longevity
• Diagnosing and repairing malfunctions in various HVAC systems
• Ensuring compliance with appliance standards and the Occupational Health and Safety Act
• Responding to emergency calls for HVAC problems and providing excellent customer service
