HVAC Service Technician

We’re growing and looking for an experienced, motivated HVAC Service Technician to join us.

What You’ll Do

Diagnose, repair, and maintain residential and light commercial HVAC systems

Perform seasonal tune-ups, safety inspections, and system upgrades

Communicate clearly with customers about findings and solutions

Accurately complete work orders and job documentation

Be part of an on-call rotation (with overtime pay)

What We’re Looking For

2+ years of HVAC service experience preferred

EPA Universal Certification required

TDLR HVAC License a plus (or willingness to obtain)

Valid driver’s license and clean driving record

Strong troubleshooting and communication skills

A professional, customer-first attitude
