• seasoned HVAC Technician
• with at least 3 years of hands-on experience in advanced residential systems including ducted, mini-split, and VRF / VRV configurations.

• Key Responsibilities
• Install, service, and troubleshoot ducted, mini-split, and VRF / VRV systems
• Perform full system installations including copper bending, brazing, and flaring
• Wire HVAC systems accurately and interpret complex schematics
• Participate in the on-call service rotation for emergency calls
• Ensure compliance with all relevant codes and safety regulations
• Represent the company professionally at all times on customer sites
• Join a tight knit team who has your back Required Skills & Qualifications
• Minimum 3 years of hands-on HVAC experience
• Expertise in mini-split, ducted, VRF / VRV, communicating, and 24-volt systems
• Ability to read and interpret wiring diagrams and schematics
• Strong wiring and startup abilities
• EPA Certification (Required)
• Own full set of HVAC tools
• Willing and able to participate in on-call rotation
• Skilled in copper bending, brazing, and flaring
• Works well with others
• Maintains professionalism under pressure
• Must have and maintain a clean driving record
• Must be able to pass a drug screening
• Must be able to climb tall ladders
• Able to lift 100 lbs.
